Aerodynamic Analysis

We already done the aerodynamic analysis for the body. We use the software Fluent version 6.2.16. This is the result for aerodynamic coefficient that we get from the analysis.



we got the value for Cd is 0.1937. But, in this analysis we use half body to minimize the analysis with computer performance. because the body is symmetry, so we can divide it by two for the analysis. So the value that we get need to times with two.
Cd=0.1937 x 2
= 0.3874


we show here the velocity distribution by pressure that occur around the body. so it clearly show that the pressure is high at the front because that area need to break the wind flow.
